On-chain transactions
Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed. Because Storm is non-custodial, a confirmed transaction cannot be reversed by us — it can only be reversed by a new transaction sent back.
Fees
Network fees paid to the TON blockchain are not refundable. They are consumed by the network regardless of the outcome of the transaction.
Failed or stuck transactions
If a transaction failed to confirm, the funds normally remain in your wallet. If the funds left your wallet but did not arrive, email support@stormtrade.app with the transaction hash, the sending address, and a description.
Requesting a refund
Contact us with the transaction hash and we will review it. Where a refund is due, it is sent back to the originating address on the TON network.
